Return Process

  Submit Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Replay packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the invoice or return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection using the pre-paid label provided in your original shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
